Well I'm a sucker for old New York, especially old Coney Island. Freaks and gangsters and strikers, oh my! I found this one at Barnes and Noble.

Meaghan told me some things about this book that I found to be interesting. I was more engaged by Meaghan's description.

Recommended by a poster guy I met while at the Renegade Craft Fair in McCarren Park. Then I remembered Kathryn recommended this guy to me last year.

Peter Pan, J.M. Barrie
I bought or stole this ages ago and never read it. I read it in three hours or less. Did you know that in the story, when the kids fly away, the dad shuts himself in the dog's kennel until the kids come back?

Bluebeard, Kurt Vonnegut
Lent to me by Casey.

Geek Love, Katherine Dunn
Un-recommended by Phoebe Kreutz. She said it was a terrible book, and therefore I borrowed and read it.
